UWZ Mens Wear sells unstitched men's suits and tracksuits.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, fabrics and product details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography conditions.

Product availability, descriptions, specifications and prices may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available for purchase.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the selected products.

UWZ Mens Wear reserves the right to accept, verify, decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability issues, incomplete customer information, suspected fraudulent activity or inability to contact the customer for order verification.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

An order may be cancelled by the customer within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES AND BILLING

All product prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order or cancel the affected order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

We may offer different payment methods, including Cash on Delivery and online payment, depending on the payment options available on our website.

For online payments, payments are processed through the applicable third-party payment provider. UWZ Mens Wear does not directly store your complete card or banking credentials unless otherwise stated.

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when the order is delivered.

We reserve the right to verify payment information or order details before processing an order.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

UWZ Mens Wear currently delivers orders within Pakistan.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the applicable courier service, delivery location, package and shipping conditions and may vary from order to order.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays, incorrect customer information, remote delivery locations or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.

If a customer cannot be reached or repeatedly refuses/does not accept a Cash on Delivery parcel, UWZ Mens Wear may restrict or decline future Cash on Delivery orders.

SECTION 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible returns must generally be requested within 7 days of receiving the order and the product must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition and packaging.

Wrong or defective products may qualify for return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued through bank transfer after the returned product has been received and inspected.

UWZ Mens Wear currently does not offer product exchanges.
